Item Availability:
We make every effort to maintain adequate stock of our products but it's not always possible. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we will notify you by e-mail with the expected ship date.

At that point, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if the expected wait time is not agreeble with you.

Sales Tax:
BustersSkinCare.com only charges sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of California. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

Forms of Payment:
We currently use PayPal to process payment. Through PayPal, you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card or with your PayPal balance.

Domestic Shipping:
All orders are shipped USPS, Fedex or UPS at our discretion. In stock orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
BustersSkinCare.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of products ordered and clearly defined in the shopping cart prior to finalizing your order.

International Shipping:
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, weight of the package and its destination. Shipping outside the continental U.S. will be shipped USPS. Please note you will be responsible for any taxes or duties your country collects on imported goods.

Returns/Exchanges:
Customers have 30 days from date of invoice to return or exchange any unwanted merchandise that is unused, in its original packaging and free of defects.

Returns/Exchanges much be accompanied by original receipt and should be well-packed. Returns/Exchanges must be pre-authorized by email (info@bustersskincare.com) or by calling:

Returns/Exchanges received but not pre-authorized will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are accepted on all items except: non-stock items, special orders and sale items.

Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.

Order Cancellation:

Orders for in stock merchandise may be cancelled within 1 business day for a full refund. Special orders and out of stock merchandise may be cancelled within 2 business days for a full refund. Stock items cancelled after 1 business day and special ordered items cancelled after 2 business days may be subject to a 25% cancellation and restocking fee.
